I'm Pedro Lopes, a licensed architect in Brazil. Since 2023 I've produced construction documents for US practices: commercial, multifamily and single-family. You send sketches, redlines or a model; I return a coordinated, code-aware sheet set. I work with a drafting assistant, so I can carry more than one set at a time.

Auto Repair Shop

A permit set for an 18,958 SF pre-engineered metal building with three areas split by a 2-hour fire wall. The set carries its own code analysis on A-100, so the plan reviewer sees occupancy, construction type, allowable area and egress on one sheet.

Teacher Housing: Duplex and Single-Plex

Two companion sets for staff housing in the high desert, built with structural insulated panels and a standing-seam metal roof. Architectural sheets were drawn in Revit and coordinated with the structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing consultants into one issued set per building type.

My own practice in Brazil designs restaurants and professional kitchens from survey to as-built. It is why my sets anticipate what the contractor and the plan reviewer will ask.

Process

How a project runs

  1. Kickoff

    You send sketches, a CAD background, redlines or an existing model, plus your title block and standards.

  2. Model and sheet

    I build the Revit model and lay out the sheets with your numbering, notes and details.

  3. One thread for everything

    Email, WhatsApp, calls and Google Meet notes are logged in one project record. Every file, decision and redline is traceable; you never have to repeat yourself.

  4. Progress review

    Mark up the PDF however you prefer: print and scan, Bluebeam or Acrobat, or on your tablet. I log every comment and confirm each one is addressed.

  5. Issue

    Final PDF set plus DWG. IFC model on request. Native Revit (RVT) files by agreement, ready for your seal and permit submittal.
